Guest Mode vs Creating an Account: Which Should You Use?
April 2, 2026 · 4 min read
MeetInPK works the same way whether you're a guest or a registered user when it comes to the core experience: random matching, unlimited text chat, report and block. The difference shows up in what happens around the edges.
What guest mode gives you
A guest session lets you start chatting with zero setup — no email, no password, nothing to remember. It's the right choice if you just want to talk to someone right now and don't care about picking this conversation back up later.
What an account adds
- A nickname and avatar that persist, instead of a fresh anonymous identity every session.
- The ability to send and accept friend requests, and actually find that person again later.
- Access to image and voice messages once you're both registered (this is a deliberate safety limit — guests can't send or receive media).
- The option to upgrade to Premium for gender/city filters and priority matching.
You can switch later without losing anything
If you start as a guest and decide you want an account, you can register from the same session — your guest identity upgrades in place rather than starting over. There's no wrong choice here; it's really just a question of whether you want this to be a one-off conversation or something you might come back to.
