Privacy Policy

MeetInPK ("we", "us") sells digital subscriptions and gaming top-ups to customers in Pakistan. There are no user accounts on MeetInPK — you don't register, log in, or create a profile. This policy explains what information we collect when you place an order, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Because there are no accounts, the only personal information we collect is what you submit when placing an order:

• Your name, WhatsApp/phone number, and email address, so we can reach you about your order.
• The payment screenshot you upload, used solely to verify that your payment was received.
• Any delivery details you enter (e.g. a game player ID or account username), only if your product requires it to be delivered.

We don't require or ask for a password, a photo, or any other identifying information, and we don't use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.

How we use your information

• To manually verify that your payment was actually made, by comparing your screenshot against the transaction.
• To deliver the product or service you ordered.
• To contact you if something about your order needs clarifying (e.g. a typo in your number, or a missing delivery detail).

Where your data is stored

Order details are stored in Google Firestore, and payment screenshots in Google Cloud Storage, both accessed only through our server-side Firebase Admin SDK. There is no customer-facing login, so this data is never directly accessible to site visitors — only to admins reviewing orders. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we don't share it except with the service providers (such as Firebase/Google Cloud) that host our infrastructure, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep order records — including the payment screenshot — for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, accounting, and to resolve any dispute about a past order.

Your choices

Since there's no account to manage, there's nothing to update in a settings page. If you'd like us to delete the information tied to a past order, or have any other question about how your data is handled, reach out through our Contact Us page and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll post the updated policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
